IT'S ALL ABOUT QUALITY FOOD CONSUMPTION



It's all about food. This goes for young and old, male and female, the active and the inactive. It also includes anyone considering or currently on the Zone diet, Atkins diet, a low fat plan or even those who food combine. Despite the models and athletes that endorse the Trainers Edge Program, it wasn't originally put together for athletes or models. No, not at all it was created for people going through physical therapy while I was studying for school. I was working as a trainer and office manager in Saratoga Springs, New York at the time. It was only later down the line that I tested it on my 'beginner' weight training clients and even later that it proved to work for bodybuilders, models or athletes.

Powerhouse Gym clients are reporting:
