It also includes anyone considering or currently on the Zone diet, Atkins diet, a low fat plan or even those who food combine. Despite the models and athletes that endorse the Trainers Edge Program, it wasn't originally put together for athletes or models. No, not at all it was created for people going through physical therapy while I was studying for school. I was working as a trainer and office manager in Saratoga Springs, New York at the time. It was only later down the line that I tested it on my 'beginner' weight training clients and even later that it proved to work for bodybuilders, models or athletes. Again, all you need is a way to the grocery store, a means to cook your food and possibly access to a barbell and a refrigerator! So how much food is enough for you? That depends on your weight, your body fat, your optimal weight, your height and age. |
