Again waiting for cardio equipment is never an issue and no time limits are ever imposed on any machines. Every machine is equipped with its own Cardio Theater remote unit so you can watch and listen to one of seven different televisions while you exercise. In total the PHG cardio section has over 50 cardio machines to choose from including the new elliptical cross trainers, steppers, bicycles, and treadmills. For those who enjoy using free weights, PHG has tons of it. With plenty of benches, dumbbells, and all other types of free weight equipment PHG is your best source of building and toning muscle. Our spread out free weight section never gets crowded which is often a problem at most fitness clubs. PHG's smoothie and protein barFor Post or Pre workout drinks, PHG has a full smoothie and protein bar. We also have a large pro shop with exercise clothing for men and women. And don't forget about our full line of supplements, proteins, and workout accessories. |
