Cardio Blast:If you are looking for the absolute total body workout this is your class. Tone and shape your body as you workout with a routine based on Cardio, Total body Toning, Core and Abdominal training. Zumba:The hottest Latin Hi-Lo aerobic routine that originated in South Beach. This high-energy routine will keep you moving and working while learning move from Latin, Salsa and Rhumba. Cardio Boot camp:A total body workout that incorporates cardio and strength training through army style moves and intervals. Transform your body in this fun and energetic class. Core Extreme:Tighten and strengthen your core, abdominals and lower back while utilizing moves based from pilates and bosu training.
